PAY-PER-CLICK(PPC) CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
- Management fee of one(1) PPC campaign by a Google Partner certified in Search, Mobile and Display advertising is included with Digital Marketing (budgeted spend not included). A single campaign is pillar specific and will be targeting one of the following fields of property management: Residential, Commercial, HOA, or Vacation.
- A single campaign will begin with up to five market location-based search terms. These Google Ads target users when they search for terms such as "Property Management Fort Myers". Google will put the ads at the top of their results page and when a user clicks on your ad they are brought to your site where they can do research, fill out a form, or call.
- After the first month, 1-2 market locations can be added if the franchisee wishes.
- Management of display and remarketing campaigns.
- Display Campaign - this is an image ad that comes in 5 different sizes and targets all homeowner and investor interests and behaviors. With a display campaign, the conversion rate is lower because this is more of a branding focused campaign.
- Remarketing Campaign - this is also an image ad that would come in 5 different sizes. Remarketing ads target users that have already been to the franchisee website, but did not fill out a form or call. Remarketing campaigns follow these users around for 30-120 days until they fill out a form or call the franchisee.
- Creation and brand approval for display and remarketing campaigns are included in the cost of the campaign.
- **Additional campaigns will each have a campaign management fee of $50 paid to PMW.
